Yes! No personal and private information should be given out here at this chat. Even if you know the person that you are chatting with. Anyone (with good or bad intentions) will come across this website and will see this chat WITHOUT signing in. They can also chat WITHOUT signing in with their name as Guest_###, where # is a random numbers. Also, those who signed in and wish to remain anonymous can edit their name before sending the message. NOTE: the old and new chat messages will appear above and populate as more chats are sent. The old chat message will at the top and the new chat message will at the bottom (as you scroll down the messages).

Hint: to reply to a chat message sent by someone, simply click their name (red texts next to the image). For example, ...

@Guest_374: In my opinion, politely greet the person and introduce yourself. Personally, I hate people coming up to me and greet me with, "Hey dawg! What's up?" Dawg sounds like dog, which is an insult to me.

@Guest_374: Be cool as in showing off and bragging about yourself? Or a nice person who sincerely interested in being friends? If you are nice to that person, that person will be nice to you. However if keep on talking about yourself and didn't give the person a chance to talk then that person may find you weird and a bit annoying. The word "cool" is broad and people interpret it differently on what is "cool."

@Guest_374: I would directly tell them, "We're cool and get along well. Let's be friend and talk later." After that, exchange contact information such as IMS, SMS, email, Twitter, Facebook, etc.

@Guest_374: Does this person expect you to go out with him? 5 month is a long time and if the talking is all you guys do then why is it not working out? Can it be fixed? He may not be your best friend, but that does not mean you should go about and ignore him when you no longer have interest in him. A friend is better than an enemy, and it is not a good idea to burn the bridge between harmless and healthy relationship. You'll never know when you need help.

@Guest_374, Yes, your best bet is to be honest, but do NOT, and I repeat DO NOT be mean. Its unnecessary. Honesty is truly the best policy and besides, people RESPECT you more!

@Guest814: 1st of all, be honest and clear, dont lead them on. So you dont want to lie, or beat around the bush. Also, find a safe , public, or supervised place to tell them that you are not interested. If you want to still be friends let them know that as well. Make sure that you stick by what you tell them as well.
